Who we are

“Before starting JK Staffing, I enjoyed the challenges of working as an ICU nurse, as a Healthcare professional in a variety of settings and with many kinds of patients and service users. Also, I worked in the community as a support worker and witnessed some good and some bad practices. I wish to use the good practices and improve on the bad ones through proper, attentive and thoughtful work. This is why JK Staffing was opened.’’

– Mavis, director of JK Staffing

Our carers uphold our reputation and are valued in the community. They are themselves part of our own community of special people wanting to deliver the highest standard of care – upholding the principles of kindness and compassion – to give our clients dignity and respect and their families the greatest gift of all – peace of mind.

Our mission statement

Having gone through our own first-hand experience of caring for an individual within the home environment, we realise the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill levels to care for a loved one.

We want to change the approach to the care system in the UK by putting people first. We want to give families the comfort of knowing that they will receive the best care available to them.

Trained, compassionate skilled carers are central to our core values, and we recognise them and reward them for their work ethic. We all know first-hand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.

We want as many people as possible to be able to choose to stay in their own homes for as long as they possibly can, and we want all families to enjoy those special memorable moments safe in the knowledge their loved ones are in capable caring hands.

We care passionately. We believe we have all the ingredients to enhance the quality of care by catering to the needs of individuals and their families to deliver an outstanding care service.

What we believe

We adhere to our principles at all times.

Why choose JK Staffing as your Home Care provider?

JK Staffing specialises in providing home care to dependent adults - carefully matching carers to meet the needs of our clients.

Positive recommendations

We are growing through word of mouth and positive recommendations based on our consistently good service to our clients and carers.

Regulated Service

We are registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and work closely with Social Services Departments and health professionals.

We look after our carers

We know that if our carers are happy and confident in their abilities, they will do an excellent job.

Training is a core part of the carer induction process. We give all new carers an induction training course and every carer comes back for a yearly update. Training in specialist areas is also ongoing throughout their time with us.

We also have a specialist carer support team who are there to offer help, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should they require it.

Fast Response

Our support staff are there to make sure that we have all the procedures working well to act quickly and efficiently on each client’s behalf, including our ability to start work for a client often within 24 or 48 hours of being asked.
